A native of Kaliningrad, she received her Master's Degree with Honors from the Moscow Conservatory (Prof. Vera Gornostaeva) and highest distinctions at the Graduate Performance Diploma programme of the Royal Brussels Conservatory (Prof. Daniel Blumenthal). At the age of 10 she won the first prize at the Debussy Festival and hasn’t stopped winning prizes at piano competitions in Moscow, Treviso, Washington,Vienna etc. ever since.Today Katerina is a highlight at piano festivals all over Europe.
