Chers amis, chers donateurs,
Comme vous le savez, fidèle à ses engagements, depuis sa naissance en 1999, notre Fondation a poursuivi inlassablement son projet caritatif et son volet culturel.
Grâce à vous et votre générosité « La Fondation Internationale Pouchkine », durant toutes ces années, a pu soulager le quotidien de centaines d'enfants russes gravement malades. Pour ne donner que quelques exemples : la Fondation a acheté et livré aux établissements spécialisés un stérilisateur, une pompe à morphine, un bistouri électronique, une table de soins, 15 lits médicalisés...
Cette année, toujours grâce à vos dons, la Fondation a fourni 60 matelas et oreillers, a soutenu l'effort de plusieurs associations caritatives, a pris en charge une opération du foie d'un jeune patient russophone pratiquée à Saint-Luc à Bruxelles.
A notre grand regret, vu notre situation de santé, nous avons du renoncer cette année, à l'organisation de notre Gala annuel.
Mais ce n'est que partie remise !
L'année prochaine, cela fera 20 ans que notre Fondation a vu le jour, nous fêterons le 220e anniversaire de la naissance du grand poète russe, notre trisaïeul, Alexandre Pouchkine et, cerise sur le gâteau, la FIP célébrera nos 50 ans de mariage !
L'équipe de la Fondation travaille déjà d'arrache-pied afin d'organiser, en principe le 22 novembre 2019, un Gala à la hauteur de tous ces anniversaires.
Mais cela ne sera possible qu'avec votre soutien indéfectible.
Nous comptons donc sur vous, sur votre générosité, sur vos dons pour pouvoir réaliser ce projet d'envergure et pour pouvoir continuer notre mission caritative !

Mozart Requiem | Tchaikovsky Quartet nr. 3
Le Rusquartet a vu le jour en 2001 à l’Academic Music College du Conservatoire Tchaïkovski de Moscou sous la tutelle de Galina Soboleva, violoncelliste du Quatuor Prokofiev. Ses membres ont tous obtenu un DMA au Conservatoire Tchaïkovski de Moscou, où ils ont étudié dans la classe de Dmitry Shebalin, violoniste du Quatuor Borodin. Au fil des années, les musiciens du Rusquartet ont assisté à des master class données par de nombreux interprètes russes et étrangers membres des quatuors Borodin, Kopelman, Alban Berg, Artis, Schoenberg, Juilliard, Emerson, Cleveland et Takacs. Le violoniste Henk Guittart du Quatuor Schoenberg est d’ailleurs devenu l’un des principaux mentors du quatuor. En 2006, le Rusquartet a remporté le premier prix du Concours Rheinsberg organisé en l’honneur du 100ème anniversaire de Chostakovitch. En 2007, il a été invité, au même titre que dix autres quatuors à cordes, à participer à la prestigieuse Banff International String Quartet Competition. En octobre 2008, le quatuor sort vainqueur du 8ème Concours Chostakovitch à Moscou.

Curator of the exhibition : Gnezdilova Marianna, expert on cultural values of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation
For the first time in this perspective, the exhibition will explore the topic of 20th century Soviet agitation art on the example of one of the largest collections of Russian industrial propaganda graphics of the 1920s and 1930s. Comprising more than 1,200 pieces, the collection presents a unique source for a study of the evolution of print and graphics in the Russian packaging industry. The value of this collection is enhanced by the inclusion of the first typographical prints of early industrial graphics. Among them are rare, single copy examples created in collaboration of A. Rodchenko with V. Mayakovsky. These works were awarded honorable silver medals at the International Art and Industry Exhibition in Paris in 1925.
These symbols of the epoch of(?) the early soviet republics originate from various museums and private collections. Printing and design became effective instruments in the USSR in creating an affirmative illusion of state power. An understanding of this notion is crucial, as it leads us to further exploration of the Soviet Art through the graphic design as well as Soviet poetry, music and painting.

Four performers will be interweaving the micro-prose of Kharms, with elements of dance, circus, contortionism, puppet theatre, magic and ventriloquism.

In ‘Red Haired Men’ vertrekt Alexander Vantournhout van het werk van de Russische schrijver Daniil Charms (1905-1942).
Charms schreef zijn korte, bevreemdende, grappige teksten in de barre tijden van de Stalinterreur. Vantournhout vertaalt deze samen met drie performers naar de scène. Op de grens tussen dans, acrobatie, circus en theater creëert hij een universum waarin mensen verdwijnen en verschijnen, en verwondering en humor nooit zonder risico zijn.
Alexander Vantournhout timmert al enkele jaren aan een eigenzinnig dansacrobatisch vocabularium. De Warande presenteerde en ondersteunde tot nu tot alle voorstellingen van deze talentrijke jonge maker. Na de solo’s ‘Caprices’ (2014), ‘ANECKXANDER’ (2015) en het duet ‘Raphaël’ (2017), maakt Vantournhout een eerste groepschoreografie. Net als voor zijn andere voorstellingen kwam hij voor de creatie van ‘Red Haired Men’ in residentie in de Houten Zaal van de Warande.
