Description :
Pianist Polina Chernova studied at the Art Institute of Volgograd and was awarded « Highest Distinction » in 2000. From 2002 onwards she studied at the Koninklijk Vlaams Conservatorium of Antwerpen with Eliane Rodrigues. In 2006 she obtained her diploma « Meester in Muziek ». In 2008 she obtained the diploma « Postgraduate Concert Soloist » at the Koninklijk Vlaams Conservatorium van Antwerpen with « High Distinction ». Polina was a laureate of several international concourses like « New Names » (1988), the International Maria Yudina Concourse for Piano Duo at Saint Petersburg/Russia (2005), the « International Music Concourse - Un Ricetto in Musica » at Candela/Italy(2008) and the « TV Music Award’ » at Paris, France( 2014).
She gives many concerts in the Czech Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg,
Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Russia, Thailand and Japan.
