Dear Member, Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
the Board of Directors of our Chamber has the pleasure to invite you to attend an extraordinary CCBLR General Assembly.
We remind you that in principle only the Effective Members designated by the Board of the Chamber have voting power at the General Assembly. All other members are equally welcome to attend. After the May Assembly 2016, the Board granted indeed the quality of Effective Member to all members who had paid their annual fee for previous periods. It is his intention to do the same for the new members having paid their annual fee before 1st October 2016.
If you are an Effective Member and you cannot attend the Assembly, you are kindly requested to designate a proxy to represent you at the meeting, and return the completed proxy statement hereunder. Please keep in mind that no proxy can receive more than three powers of attorney. For this reason, you might fulfil the power of attorney and let the name of your proxy in blank, we could fulfil it for you, if you agree with this idea.
MAIN ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY:
a) Welcome words by the CCBLR President, opening and designation of the president and secretary of the Assembly.
b) Approval of the minutes of 23 May 2016 General Assembly (to be provided upon your registration)
c) Proposition of the annual fee amount for 2017
d) Composition Board of Directors - appointment new members

Тематический охват аукциона : Русский балет и театральное искусство, литература, исторические изыскания, воспоминания, общественно-политическая и философская мысль ; русский фашизм и участие русских людей во Второй Мировой войне.
Аукцион такого масштаба и такой тематики проводится впервые.
Каталог аукционной продажи выйдет через несколько дней.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer la prochaine sortie du catalogue de notre vente du 28 octobre qui sera entièrement consacrée à la culture et à l'histoire de l'émigration russe en 1917-1988 (France, Allemagne, Chine, Etas-Unis).
Une vente de cette ampleur et sur ce thème n'a jamais été organisée en France. C'est notre hommage à nos aïeux russes qui ont contribué si largement à la culture des pays accueillants (qui souvent n'étaient d'ailleurs pas très accueillants a l'égard des émigrés russes).
