The ERA.Net RUS Plus Call 2019 on Science and Technology is now open. Proposal submission deadline: 31.01.2020 at 15.00 CET / 17.00 Moscow time. Joint Call 2019 Cooperation in innovation, research and development is a key dimension in the relations between the European Union and Russia. In this context ERA.Net RUS Plus in 2014 / 2015 and in 2017 implemented Joint Calls for transnational and scientifically excellent research projects. The Call 2019 continues the support of S&T Projects in the fields of Nanotechnologies, Health, Social Sciences & Humanities and Robotics.
CALL TOPICS | CALL DOCUMENTS | APPLICATION PROCESS | FUNDING PARTIES | PARTNERING PLATFORM The goal of the call is to create a long-term research collaboration in the field of research and innovation between EU Member States/Associated Countries and Russia. The Joint Call covers Science and Technology projects. Research proposals can be submitted in the following S&T topics: Call Topics download all topic descriptions (PDF) Nanotechnologies : 1.1 Advanced nano-sensors for environment and health 1.2 Novel functional nanomaterials based on design and modeling Health : 2.1 Regenerative medicine, biomaterials and organ-on-a-chip systems 2.2 Drug discovery for cancer, cardiovascular and infectious diseases Social Sciences and Humanities : 3.1 Demography, migration, conflicts and security issues 3.2 Opportunities for and challenges to regional development and social cohesion Robotics : No subtopics defined ("bottom-up" approach) By S&T projects are meant joint Research and Development (R&D) projects undertaken by a partnership of institutions (‘consortium’) designed to produce new knowledge through fundamental, experimental and/or theoretical scientific research, whereby each team of the partnership actively pursues specific objectives with a view to pooling the results to contribute to common, well-defined objectives.
