The International Association « Renaissance Sandidzan » has initiated cultural events in Brussels since 2011 as part of the “Days of Ossetian Culture in Europe”. During this time, with the support of the leadership of Ossetia, the Russian Embassy in Belgium and the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Brussels, more than 40 events were held, including exhibitions, artists and artists master classes, premieres of feature films and documentaries, meetings with filmmakers and participants. Performances of artists and folk groups. A lot of creative meetings with European colleagues, friendly visits and round tables of the creative and scientific intelligentsia of Ossetia and European countries « Bridges of Cooperation ».
This year large-scale events are planned in several districts of Belgium. On June 19, the Russian Center for Science and Culture plans to hold an exhibition of Ossetian artists.
Painting and graphics will be presented by artists : Alan Bitiev, Nina Savlaeva, Alan Kasoev, Timur Andiev, Karina Kachmazova, Tamerlan Tskhovrebov, Vadim Pukhaev, Sergey Savlaev and Viktor Tsallagov.
Entrance to the exhibition is free.
