11.15 – 11.30 – Des mutations du réseau de gazoducs entre l'est et l'ouest de l'Europe ces dernières années / Transformation of the pipeline network between Eastern and Western Europe in the recent years by Mr. André Mernier, Former Ambassador of Belgium in Russia and past General Secretary of ENCHARTER EU-RUSSIA.
11.30 – 11.45 Russia – EU energy relations by Mr. Aleksandr Krestiyanov, Minister Plenipotentiary, Deputy Permanent Representative (economic affairs, sectoral and regional cooperation) of the Russian Federation to the European Union.
11.45 – 12.00 – Speech by Mr. Didier Casimiro, Vice President for Commerce and Logistics of ROSNEFT (tbc).
