Dear ICC BELUX RUSSIA potential KRASNODAR and VOLGOGRAD visitor,
According to the aims of www.rotary-icc.org “The mission of an Inter-Country Committee is to connect people in facilitating the creation, development and progress of an effective and sustainable international network of bilateral relations and activities to catch all opportunities in a tuned effort to promote a climate for maintaining Peace and improving Understanding worldwide.”
Starting from there, as coordinator of the ICC BELUX RUSSIA it is a pleasure to invite you, Rotarian or not, but sharing the same views, to join us in a trip to KRASNODAR and VOLGOGRAD.
The dates are scheduled from 12 April through 14 April 2017 (KRASNODAR) and from 15 April through 19 April 2017 (VOLGOGRAD), the EASTER holiday period.
The Rotary clubs RC KRASNODAR rotarydar at yandex.ru and RC VOLGOGRAD rotaryvolg at mail.ru, which are in copy, are preparing the program: apart from the touristic classics such as City tours, museums, concert, ballet, opera, theater…, special attention will be given to meeting with the local civil society in culture, business and life in general.
KRASNODAR will include the famous Techno park and VOLGOGRAD a taste of the superb religious Easter culture, the site with the monuments and the holy fire, the Stalingrad battle museum…
Enclosed is a template for your information and action, starting with copies of my insurance coverage, flight ticket (www.aeroflot.ru) and hotel reservations (www.booking.com), hotel MOSKVA in KRASNODAR and hotel VOLGOGRAD in VOLGOGRAD.
The enclosure continues with my visa documents obtained with the help of www.visarussia.be.
It is furthermore showing an invitation sample from our local friends, which Victoria of RC VOLGOGRAD will be happy to issue for you (Ротари клуб Краснодар rotarydar at yandex.ru), so as to make the visa cost about 70 € cheaper! And it can still be cheaper if you handle it yourself at the consulate in Brussels or Antwerp, and opt for a mere tourist visa (*) :
Finally, you can read on the last pages the suggestions made by Victoria of RC VOLGOGRAD for the program in VOLGOGRAD!
The cost of the local stay will remain reasonable, as the rouble is still on the market at a favourable rate.
