Geometric shapes are symbolic and diverse. In combination with different colors, they are particularly sharp and clearly express mood, life goals, feelings and ideas.
At the exhibition "Fragments" by Elvis Ways Art each of you will have the opportunity to find your own life episode.
Rising designer Elvis Ways has roots in Odessa and Italy, yet his art work and life are divided between Brussels and Moscow. He plays with geometric shapes and colourful forms, inspired by his favourites Basquiat, Warhol and Picasso. Graduated from Brussels CAD-College of Advertising & Design, he has worked in the art business in Toronto before focusing on his personal art projects including charity actions and cross cultural cooperation.
This evening we will also present a new project :
Elvis Ways&La Maison du cacao for children with CP (Cerebral palsy)
Design created for the Charity campaign of So!Art association.
Elvis Ways illustrated the fundraising boxes of the authentic Belgian chocolates created by La Maison du cacao (https://www.lamaisonducacao.com/copie-de-accueil). These boxes- an original corporate or personal gift- will be available for sale at a special booth at the vernissage of the exhibition. The proceeds will go to children with CP (Cerebral palsy) from the Artisans of hope project (https://artisansdelespoir.wordpress.com/projet-de-stages/). This project initiated by So!Art association (http://soart.org/) in 2015 is aimed at bringing together cross-border experience and socialization, teaching skills relating to independence and physical stimulation for children with neurological and physical disorders.
During the exhibition our guest will be offered snacks and drinks.
We also plan to hold a charity lottery, with wonderful prizes!
