18:30 – 19:00: CCBLR yearly General Assembly. Agenda:
a) Welcome words by the CCBLR President and Senior Executive Vice President Region Europe at Solvay, Mr Alexis Brouhns, opening and designation of the president and secretary of the Assembly
b) Approval of the minutes of the General Assembly of May 29, 2017 (see Annex 1)
c) Report of the board of directors on the Chamber’s activity during the year 2017, and project report for 2018
d) Presentation of the 2017 financial report (balance sheet, P & L account)
e) Approval of the 2018 budget
f) Discharge of the treasurer, board members and supervisors (if any) concerning the accounts, budget, management and mandate
g) Proposal for the amount of the annual fee for 2019
h) Composition of the Board of Directors: Dismissals. Candidates. Election of new directors.
