STELLA ART INTERNATIONAL is an association founded in 1999 by Mrs. Stella Kalinina. The association is located in the heart of Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe, in the Russian Centre for Science and Culture. The aim of the association is to encourage and promote artistic and cultural creativity, making connection between artists and public.The association supports artists from all over the world and presents a variety of styles and techniques.A great number of events are organized in arts: painting, music, fashion, literature, cinema, theatre and dance.

A large number of people, such as connoisseurs, amateurs, art professionals and students, come to admire the work of the association, and of its artists, in all genres. For the first time STELLA ART INTERNATIONAL presents in Belgium the exposition of modern art works – the fine selection of paintings, sculpture and jewelry.
