Le 75e anniversaire de la victoire dans la Grande Guerre patriotique.
Les deux dernières années de la Seconde Guerre mondiale ont été marquées par d'importantes opérations offensives de l'Armée rouge qui ont abouti à la libération totale ou partielle de neuf pays européens: la Roumanie, la Bulgarie, la Hongrie, la Yougoslavie, la Pologne, la Tchécoslovaquie, l'Autriche, le Danemark et la Norvège. Les troupes soviétiques ont rempli leur devoir sacré de lutter contre la tyrannie nazie au prix de leur propre vie au nom de la paix et de la liberté. Ils ont également contribué à la création des conditions de vie normales pour la population locale après l'occupation en reconstruisant les villes et villages détruits, des voies ferrées, des ponts, des installations industrielles, en assurant le travail régulier des entreprises, des bureaux de poste et télégraphiques, des écoles, des institutions culturelles et éducatives.
L'exposition présente des images et des documents provenant des archives du Musée central d'État d'histoire contemporaine de Russie, des Archives d'État russes d'histoire socio-politique, des Archives centrales du Ministère de la défense de la Fédération de Russie et des Archives du Ministère des affaires étrangères de la Fédération de Russie. Elle fournit des informations sur les événements clés de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la libération de divers pays européens par l'Armée rouge et sa coopération avec les autorités locales pour restaurer l'infrastructure et fournir l'aide humanitaire à la population.
De laatste twee jaar van de Tweede Wereldoorlog werden gekenmerkt door grote offensieve operaties door het Rode Leger die resulteerden in volledige of gedeeltelijke bevrijding van negen Europese landen: Roemenië, Bulgarije, Hongarije, Joegoslavië, Polen, Tsjechoslowakije, Oostenrijk, Denemarken en Noorwegen. Sovjet-troepen vervulden hun heilige plicht om te vechten tegen de nazi-tirannie ten koste van hun eigen leven in naam van vrede en vrijheid. Ze hebben ook bijgedragen aan het creëren van de voorwaarden voor een normaal leven voor de lokale bevolking na de bezetting door verwoeste steden en dorpen, spoorlijnen, bruggen, industriële voorzieningen te herbouwen, en regelmatig werk van bedrijven, post- en telegraafkantoren, scholen, culturele en educatieve instellingen te verzekeren.
De tentoonstelling bevat afbeeldingen en documenten uit de archieven van het Staats Centraal Museum voor Hedendaagse Geschiedenis van Rusland, het Russisch Staatsarchief voor sociaal-politieke geschiedenis, het Centraal Archief van het Ministerie van Defensie van de Russische Federatie en het Archief van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse zaken van de Russische Federatie. Het geeft informatie over de belangrijkste gebeurtenissen van de Tweede Wereldoorlog, de bevrijding van verschillende Europese landen door het Rode Leger en zijn samenwerking met lokale autoriteiten bij het herstellen van infrastructuur en het verlenen van humanitaire hulp aan de bevolking.

The last two years of the World War II were marked by major offensive operations by the Red Army that resulted in complete or partial liberation of nine European countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Denmark and Norway. Soviet troops fulfilled their sacred duty of fighting against Nazi tyranny at the cost of their own life in the name of peace and freedom. They also helped to create the conditions of normal life for local population after the occupation by rebuilding destroyed towns and villages, railway tracks, bridges, industrial facilities, ensuring regular work of companies, post and telegraph offices, schools, cultural and educational institutions.
The exhibition features images and documents from the archives of the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia, the Russian State Archives of Socio-Political History, the Central Archives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and the Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. It provides information about the key events of the World War II, the liberation of various European countries by the Red Army and its cooperation with local authorities in restoring infrastructure and providing humanitarian assistance to the population.
